The candidates are required to submit the following documents in original along with (2 sets photocopies of each).

DMC & certificate of qualifying exam.

Reservation category certificate by competent authority ( if applicable)

Character certificate from last Institute/ college attended

Gap year affidavit (if applicable)

AIEEE/MAT/MET/EAM/CAT admit card and result card

Five recent passport photographs duly attested by the Principal of last college

Anti-ragging Affidavit of student and Parent/Guardian (Download)
Essential Informaion

Forms are available at the institute on the cash payment of Rs. 200/- and can also be downloaded from the website of the institute. The Downloaded forms will be accepted with a demand draft of Rs. 200/- in the favour of PRINCIPAL, DAV Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jalandhar payable at Jalandhar.( without draft application form will not be considered.)
